Shipping policy

Our Shipping Carriers:
We ship by Australia Post and Fastway Couriers (Aramex).

Carrier Tracking:
All shipments are sent with tracking, and you will receive the tracking number upon the order being dispatched.

Shipping Rates:
Our shipping rates are a charged at flat rates for orders under 5kg, and weight based for orders over 5KG via Fastway Couriers.

Typical Packaging & Dispatch Times:

1. Items stocked in our warehouse: 1-2 Business Days
2. Items stocked at Partnered Suppliers: 2-4 Business Days

Delivery Addresses:
It is your responsibility to provide a correct postal address when placing your order.

If you provide an incorrect postal address, misspelling or omitting details of your address our shipping carriers may return your order to our warehouse.

In this instance, we reserve the right to charge an additional postage fee to redeliver your parcel to a correct address. We do not offer refunds for any order if you opt not to pay the additional fee and have your parcel redelivered.

Authority to Leave:
By placing an order with us, you agree to let us instruct the associated Shipping Carrier to leave your parcel at your unattended premises in a safe place.

You agree that the parcel is deemed received when left at your premises and we do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage which may result after.

You agree to release us against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses, including consequential losses, suffered or incurred by you or any other person as a result of this Authority to Leave.
